Is this mattress hypoallergenic?

I don’t believe it is hypoallergenic, it’s a very cheap quality mattress.

is it suitable for an electric asjustable bed

From my experience I would not use this on a bed where the position can be changed, I don’t think it would manage repetitive movement. The mattress is very very bouncy and again I would not recommend this for anyone with impaired movement.
