I have always had trouble with other brands calcium pills tasting chalky and hard to swallow NOT the Adaptogen Research Grade Calcium pills, they did it right! Easy to swallow and not that chalky after taste. I am very happy with this brand.

The calcium is working fine. I specially like the shape of the pills which makes it easy for me to swallow them (tapered ends). I have a lot of trouble swallowing large pills and I really do appreciate the thought that went into shaping these pills.

The smallest calcium tablet that I have seen and they have tapered ends making them easy to take. They don't have additional supplements like D3 which I prefer. They also come in a reasonable dosage (250mg) which makes it easier to take the correct daily dosage.

I take this because of the enhanced absorption. The only problem is the size. They are rather big.

I ordered these because they're 250 mg. For years I've ordered calcium in 250 mg because they're smaller pills - similar in size to an aspirin. I can't take large pills - have issues getting them down. To my surprise, and dismay, these are large! Don't know why they're so large if they're only 250 mg! I ordered 2 bottles and will return one. This review is only based on the size of the pills, not the quality of the product itself.
