Wilton Happy Birthday Royal Icing Decorations

Was going to use this on a cake this week but it arrived broken. There was packaging on the bottom of the box but nothing on top to prevent this. Totally unusable and a waste of money

served the purpose well when put on a cake.

It came brokenThe pieces were still big enough that I could put it together like a puzzle but still. They need to secure it better

I've received two broken toppers. The first arrived cracked, so I submitted for a replacement. The replacement arrived moments ago, cracked even more than the first one. Might I recommend "Fragile" tags on the packages, or better wrapping.

Received it in perfect condition. The client loved it on her cake.

The message was all broken up. Could not use it.

Arrived broken but once you put it on the cake, you couldn’t tell. My big issue was that it was extremely hard and tasted like plastic. I literally chipped a tooth. Is the “Happy Birthday” really supposed to be edible?
