No use debating about it- these are worth every penny!
I know what you're thinking. You're wondering if it really makes sense to pay $20 for some rope to hang your hammock, when you have plenty of rope in your shed. Will it really be worth it? Yep. It sure is!Forget stringing rope and tying knots and then continuously adjusting your rope until you get the perfect hanging height. I'm a 5'2" female, and hanging the hammock was always a struggle for me, until I got these ropes. Now hanging a hammock literally takes me about 2 minutes, if I'm taking my time. I love that it takes almost no effort to hang my hammock!I keep my hammock and these ropes in my car, and I hang out whenever I have the chance. At the playground with the kid? Pop up the hammock and avoid making small talk with annoying moms in yoga pants. The hammock is now the very first thing I put up, and the very last thing I take down, at every camping trip!

Great Straps from a US Company
The straps are excellent high quality. We have hung tree tents, hammocks and swings with them. This company is located outside of Nashville aka fantastic camping / rivers / and caving area - plenty of reasons to need good outdoor gear. I'm sure this stuff is tested well by them! Our family has regularly vacationed in this area of TN for years. It is a rural, extremely economically challenged part of the state. Any homegrown company that employs local Americans is important to our economic well-being as a nation. It's okay if the gear is made in China, the reality is nearly ALL of it is and a SMALL company can't source other international suppliers. Their pricing must be competitive with other brands (who are also made in China). It is not a simple fix. Buying this brand is supporting US jobs (if not manufacturing) and encourages US design intelligence.

After 7 months they’re still amazing!
I waited about 7 months to write a review on these so that I could get a lot of use out of them to give a fair review. I used these straps with the double owl hammock from wise owl outfitters (which I also recommend). I’m a larger person at 6’4” and about 200lbs, so these straps had a fair amount of stress on them. My (at the time) girlfriend and I would share a hammock with these straps holding us up for hours on end, and never once did they fail or show signs of stretching or ripping. These things laugh in the face of tension and can hold a surprising amount of weight. I’ve also put these straps around some very rough-barked trees and they haven’t gotten torn up or frayed at all. These straps are of the highest quality and I would buy them again in a heart beat. The price does not fit the product; if I saw these straps in a store I would expect them to be at least double the price they are! I would buy these straps again in a heartbeat!

Sturdy and Reliable
So far so good. We purchased these to hold up a heavy canvas hammock. We didn't want to drill into our trees and found this to be a great alternative solution. Our 15 yr old was able to look over the instructions and got the straps and hammock up in just a few moments. They are as described and holding up well. We take the hammock in at night and/or in rainy weather but so far have left the straps up. They stay in place and there have not been any issues reattaching the hammock. Great product!

Great product. Comparable to other more expensive brands.
Only used them once, but very happy with them. The atlas straps I have and love, but are expensive. I was looking for a more affordable price and also hoping to get the same quality- which of course doesn’t always happen. So far, lookin real good, wise owl. I own a wise owl hammock as well which I love and is comparable to some of the more expensive brands as well. So. Bravo for making quality products at pretty affordable prices. I don’t assume il get anything for free, but I don’t have a ton of money so of course always looking for help with that without buying throw away products. Wise Owl does not make throw away products

Pleased
I’ve used the straps several times now while camping. They are simple to use and infinitely adjustable. They do not harm the trees in any way. In the past I simply used rope and it worked fine but the straps make it so much easier and faster to put up or take down your hammock. I recommend these straps for anyone who enjoys a siesta under cool trees on a lake in the forest.

Lightning Quick Setup
This product is exactly as advertised. It takes a couple of moments to set up my hammock now.My old straps were the traditional "wrap it around the tree a few times, then fiddle with wrapping the strap through a loop until you eventually get the hammock to hang in a position that is... well... close enough"These, however, just wrap it around, and hook it into the loop that pulls the hammock tight... boom.I'm 6'3", 280lbs. Myself and a friend 5'5", 140lbs hang in my two person hammock without so much as a groan in the straps. This was a fantastic purchase and makes me far more likely to enjoy my hammock.Buy these! Do it!!

Great straps
I’ve been using Grand Trunk straps with my grand trunk hammock. We got Wise Owl bug nets and I was impressed so I got my wife a Wise Owl hammock. Great hammock love the straps that come with the hammock. Better than the cords in the grand trunk. However, the straps don’t have enough adjustment like these. They are a lot thicker and a foot longer on each strap. Ya, it makes a difference on the sep up. Over all I’m impressed with Wise Owl products.

Not for backpacking :(
A bit disappointed - I have a new ultralight hammock - and these straps are pretty much as heavy as my hammock. They are not bad straps, I used them once and they performed well, but way too heavy for backpacking and carrying around. If you've got a hammock in your garden, these should, however, be fit for purpose.

Stitching undone after 3 uses
I received these straps a few days ago, I have hung my hammock between two trees and have noticed that the stitching has split even though I've used it 2 or 3 times

Great for the garden or car camping
Obvious quality, but very heavy and bulky. Great for the garden or car camping, but not made for carrying in a pack.

Ottimo
Finalmente posso montare l'amaca in un attimo dove capita agganciandola nel punto migliore, senza dover portare dietro ingombranti cavi. Assolutamente consigliato
