This was fairly simple to set up. The volume is adjustable and you can pick a chime. We used it for a loved one who was ill and possibly too weak to ring a bell very well. Having this set up helped the household sleep because we were not worried we would miss the sound of a voice or handbell in the night - this will wake you up! We hung one button like a necklace and the other on the bathroom cabinet pull in case of a fall. The chime plug-ins went on opposite ends of the house to be sure it could be heard from anywhere. That’s about it! Could not be more satisfied with it.

Perfect, no. But cheap and works well. I do get some false triggers (probably from neighbors on same frequency) and the instruction for install lanyard suck, but overall, very good and cheap. thats name of game now days...

So easy to setup...I plugged the receiver into the wall electrical outlet, and it was ready to go. No configuration was needed. It has worked consistently for us...note, we live in a rural area, and when the power went down, we weren't able to use the system. It would be wonderful if the manufacturer would have battery back-up like some smoke alarms do.

I wanted a device that didn't require a phone app or wi-fi. This works perfect from one end of the house to the other. However, my stepmom is in her horse barn for long periods of time (about 100 ft from house) and I worry about my Dad, who has several medical conditions. Unfortunately the signal would not transmit from the house to the barn. After my Dad read the instructions it stated that walls or metal(I believe) could interfere with the signal.I highly recommend if you will be using in home. Very easy to set up, transmitter has a variety of tones to choose from, volume is adjustable and very loud and clear on the highest setting.

Got this for my mom having a hip replacement..works great. She can ring it if she needs something. Better than just ringing a ceramic bell..much better sound, its loud can hear it well.

Elderly parent. They work GREAT, even when one receiver is on the second floor. I love that you can pick your own tone and volume. We'll also use them as caregivers, too, even when we need some extra help. I love that they come with a traditional back-up bell, too, since power can fail and who knows what can happen; so thoughtful and caring!

I bought the 2 transmitters and 3 receivers. I bought this for my 83 year old father, the transmitter is 1.5 ounces, this is light weight for any elderly person. There are multiple audible tones to choose from, they are easy to select and you can adjust the volume, the tones are loud enough to hear throughout the house; button is easy enough to find when he needs to push it. and the button is concave so he doesn't accidently push it when he is asleep. This is not only for the elderly, it is also good when someone has had surgery and needs to call someone to go to the bathroom, or needs something. I highly recommend this product!! I am going to order this for my brother's mother-in-law.

The products work like magic. I have given the call buttons to my parents. They are feeling more connected than ever to me with a press of a button from wherever they are at our home. It is very helpful for people who are taking care of aged parents, elders and patients. The best thing is both receivers ring at the same time when one call button is pressed

Really great quality Home Emergency Buzzer system...my 90 year old mum could not be without these as easily loudly alerts me when she needs me from another room somewhere else in the house or garden.

It doesn’t have an Australian plug. You will need an adaptor which I got from local office works. It isn’t mentioned in the ad. While its inexpensive on US site its pricey for Australians. That said it does exactly what its supposed to. It has a good range, a loud bell sound and simple set up. My husband is on oxygen and very breathless he just can’t call out if I’m downstairs. This is quicker for him than calling me on the phone. This is an excellent and simple solution.
