Gentle cleansing, promotes fullness, does not damage color
My favorite shampoo these days. I am in my 50s and my hair I deal with thinning and dryness, I also color my hair. This shampoos is gentle, cleansing, brings out shine and fullness - makes my hair soft and does not damage my color. It's a great shampoo that I purchased after reading other reviews. I also buy the Loreal leave-in conditioner. These products work as well as salon brands.

Have used it for a couple of years
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve used this product for a couple of years because it sulfate free, a little goes a long way and it smells terrific and cleans my hair very well. I’m not sure what more you could want from a shampoo.

Makes my dry hair manageable at a reasonable price
I'm 58 with dry hair, and this makes my hair manageable. A good price, too.

Has the concentration changed from 7% to 3%??
I really loved the results that I was able to achieve with my bleached, heat styled hair. My hair immediately felt healthier, was less frizzy, and my ends didn’t appear as damaged. However, I did notice that my clumps of my hair would fall out while washing and brushing. I assumed this was somewhat normal, perhaps shedding hair that wasn’t healthy or barely hanging on. Now, I’m not so sure. I am going to continue using this shampoo (and the matching conditioner), but will try alternating and using every other wash. When I came to the end of my first bottle, I reordered using the same link on Amazon as before and received a similar bottle but with a different concentration of citric acid. I didn’t see anything about a change in formula, so not sure what to think..? I’m going to send it back, but would appreciate an answer as to why I received 7% the first time, and 3% this time. Will always buy!
Ok so I LOVE this stuff! I noticed a difference right away when I started using this! It brought my hair back to life, and it didn’t strip my curly hair or hair color. If I ever have to use a different shampoo due to being in a hotel or traveling, I notice my hair loses its glory until I go back to this shampoo. It’s a great value for your money, it doesn’t weigh your hair down, and it gets your hair CLEAN. I use a lot of the shampoos and conditioners in this whole line!

Gentle but Not That Impressive for Long Term Repair
This shampoo felt clean and lightweight, which I liked it didn’t leave any buildup or make my scalp feel heavy. But I also didn’t feel like it actually strengthened my hair or made a lasting difference.It’s sulfate free, which is great, and it didn’t irritate my scalp or cause more oil, but I wouldn’t say it helped with repairing damage or split ends long-term. It’s good for basic cleansing if you want a bonding style shampoo on a budget, but the results were just okay.
