I recently purchased the ESR MagSafe Ring (2-Pack) to add MagSafe compatibility to my non-MagSafe phone and case, and I’m extremely impressed! I have several ESR products from ipad keyboard base, car magsafe with cooling tech, several cases. Three one thing that sucks out is the magnets. They are exceptional. I took the case off my iphone and attached the magsafe ring for a minimal look. Itt takes great forced to pull the magnetic pop socket off or even off the charger. Three is no way that this will fall off off attached to an ESR car charger. I recommend the cooling one. I can hold my ipad and shake the furiously and it will not come off. only complain is I’m still waiting for a pencil that will work with the iPad 13 M2. otherwise, I cannot state how well the ESR products work on the iPhones and on the iPad, I highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

I've use these rings for multiple iPhones, and they work great especially with magnetic mounts! If you have your phone in your pocket a lot after a while, the glue will eventually melt and you'll have to replace it, but that takes quite a while. I just got a new iPhone 15 Pro and although the template does not include the alignment marks for the iPhone 15 Pro, I was easily able to figure it out based on the camera positions, and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this product, it's easy to use and apply and works just as you'd expect! Just a little update needed on the alignment template.!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ When I realized that the case I purchased wasn't MagSafe-compatible, I was a bit disappointed. However, rather than going through the hassle of returning it, I decided to give this product a try - and I'm so glad I did! Installing it was a breeze, and I was impressed by how well it worked with my non-MagSafe case. The magnet is strong and securely holds my wallet in place. I no longer have to worry about accidentally losing it while on the go. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind it provides. I feel confident that my wallet will stay attached to my phone, even during busy days or when I'm out and about. Overall, this product is a fantastic solution for anyone with a non-MagSafe case who still wants to enjoy the convenience of magnetic accessories. It's easy to use, reliable, and does exactly what it promises. Highly recommend!

Either the glue is incompatible with my case, that being a Spigen Galaxy S22 Ultra Tough Armor with a polycarbonate back (not shown as incompatible material), or it's not strong enough to withstand the connection to ESR's own products (their wireless charging desk and car mounts). While everything holds up it's great! But I've gone through two of these kits now (because I wanted the black ring specifically, bah) trying to get it to stick for more than a week or so and no dice. That being said, I tried epoxy to stick the ring on and that didn't hold either, so I have to wonder about the material of my case in this case (haaah.). Anyway, I love this ecosystem of stuff, I just can't get the damn ring to stick. I'll keep messing around, but it's tough to suggest this exact ring so far. EDIT: brought down to one star. I've done something that would typically be considered highly destructive, a) to prove a point about this adhesive, and b) because I'm gonna paint part of this case anyway for funsies. I took a Dremel and roughed up the paint job on my case to see if it was the coating on it that was causing the ring to fall off (or rather, my phone to fall off the ring). So far, now, it feels stuck on much more solid. Prior to this, the phone would fall off this ring while attached to ESR's own accessories. The instructions plainly state that this ring is for smooth polycarbonate and TPU cases. This case back is smooth, apparently painted, polycarbonate. I'm bringing the rating down even further because, well, even if it's the paint on the case that's the problem, this ring is supposed to be the universal part, and is stated to adhere to the material, as much as I can know about it. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt that I misread something, but my case is polycarbonate, and this says it works with polycarbonate. There was nothing to misunderstand. Just pony up for the 3M VHB stuff or something, and charge more for these rings. Again, I bought two of these sets and this is what I ended up with. I'll update with my paint job though (⁠☞ﾟ⁠∀ﾟ⁠)⁠☞

I love the idea, and the magnetic grip to my ESR magsafe charger is wonderful, but the adhesive just doesn't stick to the glass back of my Galaxy S21 Ultra. I mean, it goes on fine and generally stays put, but when you pull the phone off the magsafe charger, it peels off and stays with the charger. Also tried on the outside of my ESR kickstand case with no success. Might have to try different tape to get it to work. Other than that, it works great, centers the phone accurately, and charges fine.

...not just Samsung and Apple phones can benefit with this! I would say a majority of Qi enabled phones may be able to use this. I currently am using this with my Sony Xperia 1 III, though it took a lot of planning and setup to get it on my case correctly. Because the packaging only includes templates for recent iPhones and Galaxy phones, you're on your own when it comes to any other Qi phone. How I installed this on my phone case was before removing the protective cover on the sticky part, I put the ring on a Qi charging pad making sure not to cover the charging area, placed my phone case on top of that with painters tape to stick the ring onto the case, then placed my phone down to where it would charge. You'd need to leave it there to charge a bit to make sure the charging pad doesn't run into any errors. Afterwards, I would remove the phone, and the case, but the ring would be stuck on the case where it needs to be. Then before taking the protective sheet off the ring is affix the ring to the case and test it a few more times to make sure it's in the correct position before finally sticking it to the case. If you do run into an issue, I found it's still possible to reposition the ring 1 to 2 times before the adhesive starts to get too dirty and loses its stickiness. To remove it, don't pull it off the case. I found removing the case and rolling the ring off works the best. Overall it's been working as expected. It charges on the ESR car vent charging pad, and also on my Samsung Qi charging pad.
