I purchased this Makita drill for a relatively high price, expecting a product in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the main box arrived with visible scratches and scuffs. It’s disappointing to receive an item like this, especially when the only option offered is to return it rather than understand or explain the reason. I'm based in the UK and expected better quality control.
