MASTERCANOPY Replacement Canopy Top for Lowe's Allen Roth 10x12 Gazebo #GF-12S004B-1 (Beige,Polyester)

This is an incredibly simple install to replace one that had been destroyed by a windstorm. I did all of the work by myself with just a ladder. The top fits perfectly, and attaches just snug enough to keep it on without having to fight it to install it. I love the fact that it's a rip stop material because the previous one was polyester and after a little bit of sun over the course of one summer and some wind it was already gone. I've seen some complaints that they don't fit the 10x12, but I'm going to tell you looking at the video of that that whoever installed that installed it sideways, they put the 12-ft side on the 10-ft side and the 10-ft side on the 12-ft side. This thing fits great and I'm incredibly happy with it. The velcro seals on the side match up perfectly, and I actually like the deeper color that was associated with the rip stop material. I love my canopy and I'm looking forward to using it even more.

We've had to replace these every two to three years. This year I got the riplock whatever it's called. It arrived in a timely fashion. It did fit, but wow, was it a challenge to get on. I watched videos and look up tricks and suggestions, but it required two strong men and a lot of patience. I noticed wear the fabric will most likely tear due to the stress of being stretched. Wear gloves, my finger tips went numb for a few days from pulling and gripping.

This is my 2nd replacement for Lowes gazebo. Last one purchased 4/2017 from original company. Little tight to put on one corner. Hoping it stretches a little. Don't want it to tear. I did purchase the one that says it's stronger, hope it's true.

DO NOT BUY!!! Very disappointed in this product. Not an exact fit, does not fit properly. Canopy is larger than frame. Material is thinner than original and not good quality. Purchased last year but not used till this year. Canopy cover was put on frame approximately 2 weeks ago and there are already spots that are wearing out due to it not fitting correctly. Will not make it through the summer. Canopy is NOT water proof. Leaks through!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Had to leave 1 star in order to submit review. ZERO STARS.

Purchased this as a replacement because bad weather got our first one. The color is a perfect match, the item fit the specs and our gazebo. It's been about 4 months now and it is holding up great. Blocks the sun on the hot days and provides shelter of a rainy day. As this was a replacement, it was an easy unfold and setup for us. Thanks

Definitely happy with this purchase. Spend the extra 20 bucks to get the rip lock material. We will see if it was worth it. For the price, this is a good buy for a replacement assuming it will last 2 to 3 years Colour is good. Immediately out of the box, we noticed the red flags: the material felt cheap and thin. For the hell of it, we decided to give it a try on the gazebo frame but just as we suspected, it doesn't fit! Not even close. 6 inches too short and the seams don't lime up with the frame. We have the Allen + Roth 12x10 gazebo from Lowe's, so this is obviously not a case of buyer error. Trust me on this, do not waste your time and money! Keep scrolling for another option!
