Q: Who provides the certificate that proves that the gemstone is real and not glass or otherwise fake?

Get a uv light. Turn out the lights in your room and shine the uv light on your stones. Your rubies and sapphires will show fluorescence under uv light and about 1/3 of diamonds will too. It’s really hard to miss real stones under a black light. Watch a video on it

Q: Is this a real stone (emerald) ? Certified?

Hello apologies for not answering earlier. I went to a jewelry maker Baden in NY and confirmed to be an Emerald and a true certificate. The stone has not great quality as per pictures but as you embellish it with some metal (I love gold so I chose it) then it becomes very nice please refer to pictures here uploaded.
