Great first adventure knife!
Our son LOVES all things outdoors and we got this for him to take fishing with him! It is sharper than a butter knife, but not as sharp as a steak knife. We only allow him to use it with supervision(5yo boy), but I don’t worry he’d get hurt too bad if slipped while using. Comes with a case, which was a hit too! If your kiddo loves outdoors, this is a great gift! So far he’s cut sticks and used it fishing.

Perfect for young boys
We got this as a gift for my 8 year old. This is the perfect first pocket knife. I love the safety feature on it. Makes me feel like he is safe carrying it. Not to mention the case! The case is a great safe design! He loves to use it to whittle sticks! Great quality & design.

Great first knife for curious kiddos
Our 7.5 and 5.5 year olds received these for Christmas this year; they love them! The 5.5 year old isn’t quite ready for it (hint they are sharp! He got himself a little cut the first day and is now not too excited about the knife 😆). Love the quality, the locking ability, and the sheath. Perfect stocking stuffer!

Blade is somewhat sharp
Great little knife. We dulled the blade with a whetstone because we felt it a little too sharp for a five year old and we burned his initial in the handle to personalize it. He loves it. He just wants to carry one like his uncles.

Great first time knife
Love this knife for my 5yr old. Has a rounded end so he can’t poke himself. Easy to secure the blade when using so it won’t fold back down.

Disappointed
I bought this for my son . It being almost 40 dollars and the fact there are really no other first time pocket knifes out there I had a lot of hope. The metal is super flimsy , the blade is really sharp and dangerous and the material is like something u would get for 10 dollars .
