I take the powder but if I'm not home I have nothing to take. Take 4 of these when I'm not home. Same effect as the powder. No after taste. It is a good value and I will reorder.

I am enjoying these spirulina tablets and am getting ready to order my third bottle. I put them in a coffee grinder and then add the powder to my sandwiches or to a blender drink. I like to consume 6 at a time, which gives me a nice boost of nutrition. Spirulina is a harder tablet than Chlorella, so rather than trying to chew them, you might find them easier to consume as a powder added to whatever you are making.

To stay healthy and to give you energy and it is in the purest form take it in the mornings . I take the capsules with my breakfast 😋
