Delivery and packaging were prompt and good. The chair is more expensive than other options, but it's of good quality. A technically trained employee was able to assemble it quite quickly. It's lightweight yet very comfortable and safe. Due to its material, it's not as visually overpowering, but rather appears see-through in parts. The openings, like pores, also prevent sweating. I'm satisfied.

Got it for 199! And next day it was 399! And it works well for me. Cannot say about longevity as its been around a month only.

It's an okay-ish chair.. leg support isn't really good. It isn't the most comfortable chair out there. But you get what you pay for. It's decent. The controls aren't really intuitive. The headrest keeps going back when you are trying to rest your head in the inclined position.

I received one of these chairs. It doesnt feel comfortable if you sit on it for more than 10 minutes.

The quality of the chair is very good, sitting very comfortable, the back design is very close to the human body, i can adjust the height according to the height of body. Installation is also simple. The overall design is very good, the wheels slide very smoothly.

Pretty good chair, but there are some things I think it could improve on. I wish you could lock the backrest in a specific position rather than just locking it in the fully upward position. The headrest install was confusing at first but I managed to figure it out. I have to give 4 stars because it's a pretty good chair but there's definitely better chairs out there which are cheaper.

I am so filled with this chair. I got this from 18-year-old son to go with his new desk. The old chair he had was falling apart. This thing is absolutely awesome. It has lumbar support, it has a headrest that is adjustable, a hanger on the back for clothing, armrests, you can tilt the back back and use it almost like a recliner, it has a lock so you don't have to recline when you don't want to, the wheels work great. And it's mesh, so it's not going to make you sweaty in the summer time. I love that for him! Now for the even more exciting news. Our first one arrived quite damaged. They had literally snapped the entire leg in half on the one leg portion of the chair. Where the wheels would connect. Making the chair completely unusable. I reached out to the company, which actually ended up going through Amazon, they immediately set up a return sticker for me to be able to send the chair back, then they shipped out a new chair. I haven't even received the return label yet and the new chair is already here, built, and everything is perfect with the new one. Excellent customer service. That to me is worth its weight and gold! It looks great, works great, easy to assemble, everything came that you needed, great chair. No complaints from myself or my 18-year-old son.
