I can't stand subscription-based products. I buy what I want in the quantity and interval that I want it. For these reasons, I've never wanted to subscribe to a razor company so I can automatically get sent more razors than I want (and more than I want to pay for). I have a beard, so I don't daily shave my entire face. One razor will last me 3 months or more. This Schick Hydro 3 razor gives me 5 blades - one on the handle and 4 replacements. That's all I need for an entire year for $14. At that price, I could throw away the handle when the blades are gone and I'd still feel like I got a good deal. The Hydro 3 blades give me a great shave. I don't need 5 blades in the shaver head. Three is more than enough for a great shave. Win/Win. If you're tired of Harry's Razors billing you for blades you don't need yet, cancel your over-priced subscription and just buy one of these Schick Hydro 3.

Girlfriend has a lot of these Hydro 3 Razor Refills but could not find the specific razor handle for them. It would have been a waste of a lot of money had we not found this.

The blade spacing, and angle contour, seemed designed for a woman's legs. Getting in close, on facial angles , required numerous passes, and the corners of the mouth, upper lip, and chin cleft, required far longer, than with other razors I've used. I've been shaving for 62 years, and have experience with such things. It could be the shape of my face, or far better experiences with other products. Your results may be better, but this razor was disappointing for my shaving regimen.
