Great product, good quality, only bad thing is the instructions manual, other than that everything is perfect

It is worth the price and gives a nice shade. Mounting is only possible if you have the right equipment , some srews were missing but if you have some in stock it helps. The description of the installation needs to be done more clear and with better instructions which part, which side etc.... However we are happy and hope this will be the solution for the next 4 years.

The first time I ordered the time it came with incomplete parts. The second time the item was damaged. Extremely unhappy.

Very good quality. Packed well with full screws. Prize wise not expected quite cheap.

It is really good value for money and material looks good quality. you need help of handyman to fix it. The worst part is one of the Anchor bolt is missing in the packing due to that our fixing work got affected, i have to get that from the hardware shop to fix it. the assembly instructions needs lot of improvement. the packing QA/QC team need to be extra cautious when they pack such intensive assembly oriented item.

Good quality and delivered right on time. Came in perfect condition without a scratch. Highly recommend.

Overall product is good - need to improve the assembly instructions and make it available in different sizes.

Needs a few people to install, as is nice and big and needed to be drilled into the wall on my balcony. Lovely in the summer time, keeps me in the shade nicely.

The instructions were confusing but useable. The awning itself is very sturdy and good quality.

Where shall I start, you have to assemble. Some parts was already assembled by manufacturer which was assembled upside down & wrong sides fitted . Seems the manufacture has no quality control dept. Anyway by the time your ready to assemble the whole thing becomes a stressful nightmare. Lucky my husband realised the problem, after the 2nd day. He then had to dismantle correct the manufactures fault. No problems after to assemble, another issue is the instruction leaflet isn't clear enough, so had to use our initiative to work things out. Happy with the end product now but very very stressful to assemble.

Two holes drilled on wrong side.looks like someone put wrong bars in.Added steady bars when folded out to make it steady.

Firstly you have to assemble it others I have purchased you didn’t also the qaulity is pretty cheap not sturdy and obviously not overly happy as it’s attached to my house it will have to stay but pretty cheap
