How does this hold up with sweat/oily skin?

It does well because it hardens your hair. I work out with this product and have had no problems

Can you use this to lay down lace frontal on full lace wig?.

No ,it is to protect your hair from damage. It wouldn’t hold lace front down. I use a product called “got to be glued “ which seems to work best if you are trying to do that. Hope that helps 😊
