Very good product works as described and very effective in low voltage

1. Poor Product Quality (Product failed twice) ===== I purchased an Aulten product in May 2024 from Amazon. Shockingly, it stopped working within just 15 days. The company replaced it under warranty, but the replacement unit also got damaged soon after. This clearly shows poor build quality and unreliable durability. 2. Unfair replacement charges despite warranty (Warranty is a joke) ===== Even though the product is still under warranty, Aulten is now demanding 25% replacement charges. This is completely unfair, especially when the product keeps failing repeatedly. 3. Scripted and unhelpful customer service ===== Their customer support only gives robotic, policy-based replies. There’s no genuine effort to resolve the issue or understand the customer’s frustration. 4. Waste of money and time ===== I’ve wasted both money and time dealing with this product and the company. The experience has been stressful and disappointing. 5. Regret buying this product ===== I truly regret purchasing this item. It’s not worth the price, the hassle, or the poor after-sales support. Overheats and makes noise ===== The unit produces a constant humming sound, which is distracting and irritating. It’s not suitable for quiet environments. It’s not safe or suitable for home use. 7. Waste of money and time ==== This product has caused nothing but frustration. I’ve wasted time chasing support and money on a product that doesn’t last.

The product is good , build quality is also fine , maintain the voltage and very easy to use , overall the performance is outstanding and recommended to use

I have been using this product for the last one and half year. The installation was very easy. The weight is very perfect for wall mount. The machine has minimal noise. It is working properly since installation and has help my gadgets during peak time of the summer. Sometimes my input voltage drop to 98. Still the machine works properly and output voltage goes upto 180-200. Highly recommend for domestic use. Value for money. Has stability.

The product I received was defective. However the main issue is customer service. To start with, the company was supposed to provide installation support, but they called up and said that they cannot provide support in my area. Most probably they have good support only in and around Delhi. They asked me to find a local electrician to do the installation. As soon as we installed the product and switched it on the Mains tripped. That's when the nightmare starts. There whatsApp support assures you that "your call is important" and "an agent will be assigned shortly". On an average it takes them 4-5 hours to respond to a query. So you can only get 2 replies in one day if you are lucky. The first 2 days are spent on answering questions like "What's the input voltage in your area", "What's the thickness of wires you're using", "And what's the total load on the stabilizer".. When you try to reach out to phone support, you will typically be in the queue for 30 mins before the call drops... Just once I managed to talk to customer service when I chose the "Sales Enquiry" option instead of "Support". I managed to get an "engineer" to talk to me who asked me to post videos of the "issue". After that it was impossible to get hold of customer support the entire day. When I tried the "Sales" option, the call was picked up and immediately forwarded to the "support queue" (which, as we know, leads to a dead end). On whatsApp I mentioned to them that the stabilizer was "tripping the mains" on zero load - they actually asked me to install a 40A MCB , at HOME, which is very dangerous. I had no recourse but to return the item. Moreover, I th9ink, they did all this to make sure that it takes longer than the return policy period of 7 days - to ensure that I'm unable to return the item. I'm really glad I bought this from Amazon where the return went through without too many problems.
