As with other reviews, this pan DID arrive with a small dent in one corner, but not enough to return or effect the performance of this pan. I've used it several times in our small convection oven and found it to be one of the best pans, overall, of any I've used, including those for the 'big oven.' It is certainly heavy and heavy-duty. Clean-up has been a breeze, too, but probably because I soak the pan immediately after using. I recommend this pan.

I have what I consider the best quality and best built toaster oven at least in my opinion and experience over the years owning them for I own a Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven 1800-Watt Convection Toaster Oven but finding accessories other than what comes with the toaster oven that will fit properly inside of it is a bit tricky. I wanted to buy something that I could use to make cookies etc. for the toaster oven came with a 13 inch pizza plate and boilerplate but it did not come with a cookie sheet and finding one that would be large enough to fill the interior of the toaster oven without being too large as to not fit or too small to be impractical to use was a bit of a scavenger hunt not to mention I wanted something of good quality construction. This is my first purchase from this manufacturer Chicago metallic commercial 2 nonstick small jellyroll pan as they describe it. My first impressions is that I am very pleased with the thickness and heavy durability of this jellyroll pan it appears to be extremely well-built and although I have not had a chance to test the durability of the nonstick coating that the manufacturer uses but if it is half as well as the pan itself was made I will be very happy. I was also pleased to find pre-cut parchment paper that fits this jellyroll pan almost perfectly for I purchased also on Amazon Reynolds Kitchens Cookie Baking Parchment Paper Sheets (SmartGrid, Non-Stick, 22 Sheets) per box and they are precut at 12” x 16” sheets in this small jellyroll pan is 13" x 9.5" to the parchment paper is almost a perfect fit I just have to trim and a small amount off the length or simply fold it under. Anyways if I find that this jellyroll pan has any problems in the future like the nonstick coating coming off or not properly working or warping I will definitely update my review. These 1/4 sheet pans are very sturdy and do not buckle under high heat or from weight of contents in a Fitted Silicone Liner (HIGHERHUMAN Fitted full coverage silicone pan liner highly recommended because it fits this 1/4 sheet pan very well.) Liner's 'liquid’ capacity, using water & measuring cup, comfortably holds 4 cups of liquid (supported with 1/4 sheet pan) if using, for instance, dehydrating bone broth in oven. However, you may want to use less for faster drying or dehydrating.

This is a very well made, solid non-stick pan. It’s unfortunate that I had to order 6 of these to get one that wasn’t bent or dinged.

Great weight, just the right size to heat up small portions w/o getting my large jelly roll pans dirty. Since it's non stick, it's gotten a bit of a patina on it since I'm not scrubbing it hard (it's a bit golden in color at this point), but it's still non-stick & gets the job done. I'm buying another for my brother & would recommend it to all my friends
