They Work
These are great. The pills are tiny and are dissolvable so theyβre really easy to take. They also taste really good! I took one daily for 3 months and got my B12 level from 129 to 483 so they definitely do what theyβre supposed to.

Very Good Product
I am skeptical about vitamin suppliments. My doctor recommended 1000 mcg of B12. After looking at reviews and information I selected the Methylcobalamin type. I could only find this online and at Amazon for a good price. My B12 level excellent now.

Know the ingredients in these supplements before you take them ππ€
My Doctor told me I had to start taking B12 1000 so I started to take them I a day. Come to my knowledge I was taking synthetic pills which to my liking is not good for the body, so a Doctor said to take B12 1000 which is natural, so if you have to take these B12 make sure itβs got on the label METHYLCOBALAMIN NOT CYANDCOBALAMIN. That is synthetic tablets! To each his own but I want to put natural medicine in my body! π

Easy to take!
I take 1 pill daily and hate having to swallow pills all the time. You put this tiny pill under your tongue and wait. It dissolves quickly and tastes good. Wish all pills were like this. And they're vegan-friendly!
