Excellent over all pre-workout
I have been taking pre-workout for a long time as I am an older lifter. This one has been the only one that gives me the boost I am looking for at the gym. I highly recommend this product!

The crash on this pre workout is enormous
your adrenaline can raise enough that your body will come back down and experience mental and physical fatigue after the workout session

Just about out of date’ hard as a rock inside! Very disappointing to pay so much money and receive something that’s just about out of date and contents hard as a rock that almost impossible to breakdown into powder to mix with water 🤮💩

I’m a 5 ⭐️ fan of this product. However I need something with a little more pick me & go. I will continue to buy until I find another product that will give me a substantial pick me up. Recommend highly.
