Tastes just like fruit juice with none of that chemical flavour that other energy drinks can have. Is about £1 per can which I think is good value considering it's a 500ml can.I buy the zero sugar one as the sugar content of the other flavours is just way too high to be consuming often.I do find that if I drink the whole can I do feel a bit nauseous but about half the can is enough to wake me up enough.

I'm not usually an energy drink fan, but after reading the ingredients on this Rubicon RAW, I decided to give it a taste.This flavour tastes almost exactly the same as regular Rubicon Mango which I love.The sugar content is ok for me even though I try to avoid high sugar.Definitely refreshing, but still best to drink slowly and responsibly if you have a caffeine sensitivity to avoid jitters, and definitely not something to have on an empty stomach as with most energy beverages.The size of the cans are big, and a single can last quite a while if you sip it through the day.I like the bold look and colour of the cans, it would definitely appeal to me seeing it on a shelf.Yum!

Low calories and taste nice

These energy drinks were bought as an easy way for me to wake up in the morning. 32mg/100ml of caffeine allows me to feel more awake than a cup of coffee. The sugar levels in these drinks were 22g per can however. Which, looking back on it, was quite a concerning amount of sugar to be in-taking every day at 7-9am. I wouldn't drink this if you were pregnant or elderly, as even as a 18 eyar old it made my heart beat out a samba. however, for the price, i feel it was fantastic value for money. Appearance wise, I feel the liquid - like most energy drinks - is probably a colour you shouldn't drink. Overall, they're tasty and wake you up, but do tremendously account for a large sugar content. DO NOT give to children.
