I bought these to go over a window that is hard to get to. The box arrived on time, no dents and no problems. Set up was a little touch and go, because the written directions aren't very explicit, and there is no parts list included either. Once you watch the video it's a lot easier to figure out. Everything you could possibly need is in that box. They are very thorough in anticipating what someone might need for their application! Once everything is up, the motor is completely hidden. It operates quietly and efficiently with the enclosed remote control. One thing to note before you cut the belt is to add extra room on each side of the window, so that the curtain opens for the entire width of the window. (I needed to add about 6 inches to each side of my window to allow the curtain to show the entire width of the window.) Lastly, I had a question for customer service, so I sent them an e-mail. They responded in 4 hours and 19 minutes and answered my question completely. How's that for a commitment to customer service? Very impressed! I'm planning on getting a few more units for other windows in my home, because I'm so pleased with how everything turned out!

I was very skeptical about purchasing this electric curtain track, as the price appeared "too good to be true," but I took a chance anyway and could not be happier. I purchased the track for a 16+ foot sliding door/window in my bedroom. It took me an afternoon to put it together and hang it (I highly recommend watching the videos as suggested in the instructions). It has been installed about a week and works without a problem. I plan to purchase three more for my living area.

Easy to install and have enough left over to replace in case the belt wears out. Which I think it will outlast me!!
