Mother Earth Products Dehydrated Lentils, Quart Jar

A bit pricy, but good quality.

Before a hike, we would add some of these lentils into a small thermos and add some hot water. After our long hike we would get back to the car very hungry. The lentils would be perfect. When at home it is easy to make lentils using our stove but when traveling this is so much more convenient to just pour boiling water into a thermos and then wait a couple of hours. I have also added them to oatmeal at times for a different flavor (my wife doesn't think this would be good but I love it).

Love these. Great for salads, traveling and when you want something healthy to munch on. I just wish they were organic, however I will still keep buying them until I can find organic ones.
