why doesn't the packaging note that it has spf?

It is labeled on actual product

Although spf is in the description of your the product, it is not called out on the delivered product. so - does it have spf protection or not?

We have to take it as it is written. My blister package says 'Lip Protectant/sunscreen' SPF 15. This is also written on the tube. This says it does have protection.... !!!
