




Clearspring Organic Oolong Tea is grown in the luscious rolling hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, areas known for their ideal climatic and soil conditions which produce some of the finest tea in Japan. Also referred to as Blue Tea, it falls halfway between a black and a green tea. The production process involves partially fermenting the tea and then steaming it to capture the unique balance of rich and soothing flavours, with no bitter aftertaste. Oolong tea is particularly popular in the East for drinking after mealtimes. Our selection of Organic Green Teas offers authenticity in taste and premium organic quality due to special preparation by 3rd generation producers in Kyoto, Japan. From vibrant and captivating Matcha to bittersweet Sencha to mild and earthy Kukicha. There is a flavour to suit every taste and time of day as the caffeine content varies considerably, with Matcha having the highest and Kukicha the lowest. All our products have a distinctive flavour.
