Works but handle peels after about 8 months
Looked good for about 8 months, then the handle started to peel even though we don't use any abrasives or soaps on it. I was informed that the warranty does not cover this. Otherwise good.

Beautiful but didn’t last
Really disappointed, we finally invested in this set (we also bought the matching toaster) for our new kitchen and within 6 months the wood style handle casing has started to come off leaving a big patch where you can see the plastic handle underneath. Not the quality or durability I expect from Swan or from any kettle

Tengo a precisare che il prodotto ricevuto (ho acquistato giorni prima anche tostapane e micronde) è ottimo e rispecchia tutte le mie aspettative. Arrivato ben imballato, unico neo è l'informazione sulla tracciabilità. Tolto questo aspetto tutti i prodotti acquistati sono ottimi.

Beautiful design and an excellemt kettle.

Love the colour of this kettle. Very pleased with the product. It boils water swiftly & without to much noise, very useful in open plan household. Not sure how the kettle will perform over a long period of time as it is not industrial type quality. At the price paid very pleased aesthetically & functionality.
