This only comes in 2 sizes. One is way too small and doesn’t reach the top of the dogs teeth. The other is too large and doesn’t fit in their mouth. Medium size dog about 30lbs. Other cheaper triple head toothbrushes are a much better size.

Very rough bristles...not as easy to brush...my dog loves brushing but disliked this brush and I could notice it hurting his gums no matter how gentle I tried to go cause the plastic around the bristles is hard and gets in the way. Just not well done
