While highly unlikely, I suppose it is possible that these were contaminated at the factory with LSD or Hallucinegenic Mushrooms, I think this unlikely.I can say that I fell asleep shortly after taking 4, and slept 8 hours straight, so from that perspective they are great sleep gummies, I may switch back to whisky; the side effects aren’t as brutal.

Then i found this brand which not only had 10mgs of melatonin,but Ashwagandha, Magnesium, and chamomile. Those are the specific ingredients you want in sleep aid medicine and big brands like VICKS zzzquil seem to purposefully isolate these ingredients between 3 different gummy types instead of packing all the ingredients in one like this brand does. So after a few nights of eating 2 gummies every night, my fiancee has no longer had any issue staying asleep even when over heating or getting too cold at night.

I've used these for 2 months now. I have never, nor will ever, use any RX sleep aids, I just do not take meds for anything and do not want to use Ambien or anything similar. So tried these and at most, I might wake up once at night, but that's it. My sleep tracker I wear at night has me back to 7 hrs of quality sleep at night, which hasn't been the case in some time. I'm a fan of these, they work for me!

I recently tried Lily Care Melatonin Gummies, and while they work well, there was some confusion about the dosage. The bottle claims 600 milligrams on the front, which initially made me think that meant a lower dose (I mixed up milligrams with micrograms). However, upon reading the back, I realized it actually contains 10mg of melatonin per gummy, which is quite a high dose. Most people only need around 2-3mg, as the effects of melatonin don't scale linearly and can take time to build up in your system. While some may require higher doses, especially if they've been using melatonin for a while, the 10mg in each gummy might be too much for those just starting out. Overall, effective, but be cautious with the dosage!

This is without a doubt the best melatonin product I had ever bought, and I had bought quite few of them. I have a extremely bad sleep cycle and most nights I can't sleep or I wakeup 3 or 4 hours after falling asleep. Taking two of this gummies knock me out for good, the best part is that even when I wake up in the middle of the night (to use the bathroom or just opened my eyes for whatever reason) after 5 or 10 min im back asleep. I have been able to sleep 7 to 8 hours straight with this product and I'm dreaming a lot for some reason. I have been using it for 2 weeks every night. I already subscribed to this product and hopefully they (the manufacturer) don't change the formula. I can't recommend this product enough.Amazon should deliver this product with an ice pack during summer months. They stick together because the temperature, they should be stored in a cold place. I have them in my fridge.
