Unisex Daylite Waist

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Compact, Comfortable, and Surprisingly Spacious! I’ve been using the Osprey Daylite Waist pack for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become my go-to for walks, day trips, and travelling. The fit is excellent — the adjustable strap makes it easy to wear around the waist or crossbody, and it feels really secure without digging in. The storage is better than I expected for something this compact. It easily holds my phone, keys, wallet, sunglasses, and even a small water bottle. The pockets are well designed, with a mix of zip compartments and internal organization so things don’t just rattle around. The quality is classic Osprey: tough zippers, durable material, and lightweight without feeling flimsy. I also like the sleek look — it doesn’t feel bulky or overly “sporty,” so it works just as well in the city as it does on a hike. If you’re after a reliable, versatile waist pack that balances comfort, style, and function, this is an excellent choice.

Great item. Lots of room for items, looks great round the site or over your shoulder. Bought for holiday and walks. When purchased it was a great price and cheaper than going direct.

I almost went for the UL version but liked how secure the waist strap seemed on this version. I was correct. Absolutely fabulous. Very comfortable to wear both on waist and shoulder. Very good quality. Just get it. You will be happy.

Very well padded and so a bit chunkier than I’d planned. Not suitable for daily wear or a quick trip to the shops, but would be great for a walk or short hike where you only need to bring the essentials. Very good quality and well made.

Purchased this to store a few essentials whilst out on my MTB. Due to the size of my phone these days I needed something bigger than a saddle bag. Bad is comfortable, although I do find I need to tighten the waist after riding for half hour or so. There's two compartments, one is perfect for a phone and the other, which is split into two by zipped mesh diveder is not huge, but not small either. I manage to get a compact waterproof jacket, multitool, air canisters and adapter, tyre levers etc. Everything you are likely to need on most rides.

Excellent quality

Perfect size for what I needed for 1-2 hour mountain biking. I can fit my lightweight shell jacket, my wallet, phone, keys, multitool, tubeless plugs and some haribo. It's comfy enough to wear - not too bulky. It would have benefitted from slightly more padding on the hips, but it's fine as it is. There's no facility to carry water, but I have a bottle cradle on my bike frame. Much cheaper than alternatives that I looked at (Evoc and Dakine to name a couple) but I have other Osprey bags and know the quality to be very good.

Bought this to take on travel, so needed enough space to fit wallet, phone (iPhone 13 pro max), passport and sun cream. There was loads of space and managed to fit more into it. Was really comfortable to wear for long periods of time even during 37 degree heat. Feels really sturdy and can barely feel the weight of it. Will be using it even after the trip.

Tras mirar bastante en la red, decir comprar esta pr el diseño, y al ser una marca de referencia no podía equivocarme mucho. El precio muy bueno para la calidad de fabricación, las dimensiones son de una riñonera grande pero sin llegar a se un bolso de gran capacidad lo cual la.hace perfecta para llevar todo lo necesario sin cargar demasiado, ten experiencia el llevar cinturones pesados y la cadera y espalda sufre a partir de derminado peso, al menos en mi caso que me la llevo a los trekking de montaña. En la última salida llevaba tarjetas documentación, cartera linterna pañuelos algún medicamento, y cosillas varias. Si lo que buscas es.comodidad calidad y precio este es tu bolso.

La compre con el propósito de llevar una cámara y quedo perfecta, es algo robusta pero es lo que necesitaba para proteger la cámara. Como referencia tambien entra una botella pequeña de agua, un vaso térmico de 350ml mas otras cosas. Es cómoda tanto en la cintura como cruzada en el hombro, solo que para esto último, me hubiese gustado que sea unos centímetros mas larga para que quede algo mas holgada. No soy una persona con sobrepeso pero tampoco soy delgado y me queda justa para mi gusto si la quiero usar cruzada. Cumple con mis expectativas de calidad y confort.

The strap isn’t super long; I’m 5 feet 3 inches tall and this bag reaches down to my waist when used as a crossbody/sling pack on my shoulder. I imagine it may be uncomfortable used that way on someone taller. The compartments are also not very spacious; I think you /could/ fit a small water bottle in here, but it would be a tight fit with more things inside. The exterior pocket is thin and really only fits flat or small objects without jutting outwards. Fitting too much stuff into either compartment will make it poke into the other one. Getting all that criticism out of the way, I do like this bag. The fact that it’s medium sized and can’t hold much is part of the appeal because it discourages me from carrying too much stuff. All I put in it is a pouch of toiletries, my cardholder, a travel-sized hand sanitizer, and my phone. That’s it. It’s also impressively sleek-looking, as part of the clasp is hidden in the padding (which I have heard can be annoying to some), and the top handle is very thin and unobtrusive. The padding on the back of the bag makes it really comfortable against the body, though if you want the strap to be comfortable when worn as a sling, I would recommend buying a shoulder strap pad (like that by Maxpedition) to attach over it. The colorway was also part of the reason I got this. I ordered it in the ‘teakwood yellow’, so most of the body is in a dark gray that goes with any outfit, while the exterior compartment is yellow. It’s not anywhere near brown but it’s not a bright yellow either, neither overly saturated nor muted. Maybe I could describe it as ‘yellow ochre’? It’s a deep golden color that looks mature and autumnal but could be worn by anyone, anytime, in my opinion. I hope this review helps someone out there wondering if this product is for them. I kind of just went for it, as this is my first time buying anything from Osprey, but the bag is really nice quality and I hope it lasts a long time.
