This is great glass. I bought these to upgrade from a set from another brand that I have had for 10 years. They are incrementally better than my existing set, but I was surprised that they were not significantly superior at twice the price. I am a big luepold fan, and this is the first time I have made a purchase that fell short of expectations. The pair I have now are no longer in production, the brand is out of business. Again, these are great but now $600 great.

May seem expensive but definitely worth it. Its my travel bino because it doesn't take up much space.

These binoculars felt very good in my hand. Easy, smooth focus, I can’t say enough good things about their ergonomics. But that’s where my praise ends. First, plainly on the box, it says made in Japan. Everyone knows, Japan makes some superb optics. But Leupold is an American company. I literally took the Zeiss binos out of my cart and added the Leupold just for that reason… comparing these to the Bushnell Elites, that cost half as much, and that I’ve had for several years, the images wasn’t nearly as sharp or clear. Which is why I sent them back. I only want the value that I paid for.

Had my binoculars for two weeks dropped them by accident in case. Minor damage to eye cup. Sent them back to leopold. Sending new ones when in stock. Thats why i bought them from leopold. They stand behind there products. Excellent customer service on phone.
