Taking the next step in property?
Well, I've been a landlord since before it became fashionable in the UK, and this is probably the best book about the subject I've ever read.It would be easy to say that some of the advice given in the book "won't work" because of some specifics about the English and Welsh legal system, however, this would be missing the point...... This "advisor" is intended to focus in on one part of the overall "Rich Dad" approach to financial freedom, and give more illumination on that part. The whole approach is about concentrating on, and improving, your financial intelligence, which takes time and effort. However, reading this book will take the prospective landlord a long way. It's well worth a read, and speaking from my personal experience as a landlord, following one piece of advice in the book returned me the price of the book 6 times over within two weeks.

Great inspiration
The book is certainly an insight into property investing, and why propertyt is a good vehicle for financial reward. After considering a few options I have decided to pursue property and have not looked back. A few colleaugues have gone down the stock market route and my investment growth far outstrips their's, with a fraction of the hassle. Yes it is risky (any investment is), but this book is a roadmap of the pitfalls. I read it again and again, it is an excellent reference book.

The best real estate book I have read.
I've read almost all of the books in the rich dad series ,and I have to say that this is one of my favourites. What I like best about books from American authors is their optomistic style.(I once read a book about starting your own business which was given to me free from a High street bank,it was so pessimistic it almost stopped me from starting my own business.)This particular book contains lots of information and has certainly opened my mind to a new way of thinking.I can't recommend this book highly enough.I read it in two days.If you are interested in property as your investment vehicle you won't be disappointed with this book.

Don't get into property unless you read this book
I'll get straight to the point - if you are in property and you don't read this book then you are a fool. That's it.The long version is that he carefully explains, step by step, why and how to buy and manage property. His principles of analysis not only work, but could make you very wealthy (or save you a fortune). His guidence on property and tenant selection alone are worth the price of this book a thousand times over. This book is worth more than an hour with my accountant - a fantastic read that opened my eyes. And I thought I knew what I was doing...
