Two-Sided XL Emergency Mylar Survival Blankets
This blanket is standard issue for paramedics and fireman. It is compact and light weight and is the perfect solution to treating someone in shock who is cold. When using it in the outdoors, it can be used in the building of a Super Shelter first introduced by the great Mors Kochanski. For example, after constructing a raised bed (approx. 16" high), then building a domed shelter around the bed using green saplings of alder, willow, or any flexible branch, lay the Mylar blanket on the outside top, then cover the shelter with a nylon tarp, and finally cover the entire shelter with a 10' x 10' or 12' x 12' polyethylene tarp. Build a long fire one step away from the front of the shelter, and you have a very warm shelter for the night.

Block heat great.
I use these for something other than sold, but worked great. I have two large metal warehouse doors that face west. In the summer they get so hot you burn your hands on them and they radiate tons of heat into the space. I taped 4 of these over the door, (big door) and they block almost all the heat. And since they are thin, I can still roll the doors up and down. I guess they save me at least $75 a month in cooling alone.

Have used this once in the woods as a Temp Tarp
While Bow Hunting & having my lightweight Fanny pack , didnt have backpack, Had to string this up between some tree foliage to keep Rain off of me 18 ft up a tree, Luckily I had this in the fanny pack. It was makeshift, but it worked . Still didnt see the Buck , had to hide that reflective side as best I could, Deer do look up during hunting season...

Great for your signaling bag/survial kit.
This is a great alternative to the U.S. G.I. VS-17/GVX marker panel. It can used for signaling, as an insulation layer on the ground or to waterproof an expedient shelter. You can also use for treating shock and hypothermia. The blankets come individually wrapped in plastic and measure 4" x 5" x 2" (approx). They are 70" x 90" when unfolded. They are not as compact as the 52" x 82" Titan Survival Blanket so you'll need a bit more room in your kit for these. See photo for comparison.

Good product
Like them a lot. The package can be separated so you can dispense them into different back packs / go bags. That's what I did. They are inexpensive and appear to be able to last a while. Nice...

Great ORANGE option!
Got them for the old 72-Hour/Bug Out Bag kits! Will likely buy a few more for the car, everyday carry, etc. I love that they come in orange so they can also be used for signaling. I always think about Hurricane Katrina when the news would show people stranded on their roofs using bed sheets to try and signal for help. So yeah, the orange was the right color for me.I like that these come individually contained in their own ziplock and label. I'm gifting these to my family, and with the label they'll know what that weird foil thing in their emergency kit is about.

Compact but easily ripped
I bought these to use on hunting trips in my emergency supplies. I like how small the package is but I opened one and it ripped right away
