Does the packaging reveal what's inside?

The popper has a pink or blue sticker on the bottom of the tube. You have to have someone take it off. My revealer had to wipe off some powder that leaked out as well.

Can you shoot them at eachother?

I mean I wouldn’t do it at point blank range, and because there is powder that comes out- be mindful of it getting in someone’s eyes. Otherwise- blast away! Taking videos of it in slow motion are super fun too! This product is fantastic and loud!

do u have to remove the black sticker from the confetti before popping it up?

No. They arrive to you marked with blue and pink stickers. You use the black stickers to hide and cover the color if you're not wanting anyone else to see the color before you pop it. PS- our colors were marked incorrectly. We were popping two pinks (we thought) and one ended up bending pink and one ended up being blue. Very confusing/ unfortunate revel .
