Very well put together test! Clear concise instructions and very easy to use. Had a question and had to leave a message for them to call back (fat chance right?). They called back in less than 5mins! Kind, courteous, wonderful customer service experience. Answered my question very clearly; friendly and professional. Took three weeks for lab to receive the test
I haven’t gotten the results yet, but wanted to mention to other customers that it took the company three weeks to mark my order as received. The kit promises results one day from when they receive the kit back but I never expected it to take three weeks.
