1. Ridder Vario Shower Rod Angled Wall Mount / Adapter(photos)This wall mount is amazing! I bought a wall mount and a rod from the same brand because I was unsure if rods of another brand would match with the wall mount. It turned out to work working perfectly. The angled wall mount can be inserted inside of one end of the rod just fine. I originally tried to put it into the wrong end first (~0.87”). It just can be pushed into the rod a bit; on the other end of the rod the wall mount fit in properly (~0.98”). I think I could’ve made it fit in the smaller end by shaving the edges of the that fits inside the rod a little bit with a utility knife; but, I didn’t need to do this because our bathroom had only one sloping wall.

Great Product!
This product is exactly what we needed! I searched all over the internet for a solution to our angled shower wall and I was surprised to find this piece was the only low-cost solution I could find. I can’t believe these aren’t sold in home improvement stores! I decided it was with trying out and once received, the old shower curtain we had was too small on one end and too large on the other to fit. My husband did some finagling and was able to get the larger end to fit snugly. It was super easy to install too and finally allows us to use this shower. $20 does seem a little steep, but compared to other options out there like putting in glass doors, this was a steal!

Angled shower rod bracket
Very easy to install. Perfect for an angled wall. Only option I have found and it works great. It looks good as well.

a little tweaking and its perfect
We have a sloped ceiling and wanted a tension shower rod. We ordered both the angled wall mount and the ridder tension rod. The ridder rod has one end for tension. The width of the hollow tube of the rod at its end for tension is larger than the other side of the rod. Unfortunately, the end of the rod that is needed for tension, is the same size end that is needed to use the mount. The other side is too small to fit the mount (which slides into the rod). So, if you use the mount, you will not be able to make the rod tense. FIX: with a box cutter, gently shave the plastic off that part of the mount the mount so it fits into the smaller part of the rod. took a little while but it worked.

I NEEDED This
OMG, I have a slanted wall on one side of my shower and I needed this product, didn't even know that it existed. After I rigged a normal shower curtain rod, I realized after being cold due to my curtain not going all the way back that I could NOT possibly be the only human with a slanted shower wall!Low and behold after googling a bunch of keywords, I found this product.I do think that it is over priced--it is just a flexible mount and an ugly color at that but hey, im not complaining LOL!It does the job and I appreciate it.If you have a slanted shower wall, grab this. You won't be sorry!

Recommended with provisos of limited applicability (due diligence required) and high price.
Well, this is sold at 5x price of what it really is worth, $2? $4? The bubble pack probably costs more than the product! It's basically a ball-joint of good design and well moulded. It does the job for some angle installations but it is NOT universal. In my case, I have a curved shower curtain rail 64" long spanning parallel walls but offset ends. I had to chop the larger of my telescopic tubular rail end and glue the piece onto the lesser diameter end, to adapt to the joint adapter. Then I had to drill and insert steel locking pins (I chose 3/16" 304 stainless rod, which I had on hand) through the entire diameter of the ball/socket joints, to carry the outside load of the curved rail and curtains and prevent torsion sag at the joints. It works, but the load on the plastic ball joints is pushing things, and might be taken to the limit if I or Wife get enthusiastic with curtain action one time! But without this product, the solution would be a total one off and even harder to accomplish.OK, I worked out the solution above, and it's been good for more than 6-months, but what I had to do is a bit more than the average home owner might be willing to tackle, without above average DIY skills. Doubtless the product works easily and reliably in an application along the simpler lines of the ones advertised (parallel walls, axially symetrical ends). So I recommend it with the proviso of limited applicability (due diligence required) and high price. There is a HOLE IN THE MARKET for an adaptable ball joint kit - which might be worth more than $20. This thing fills a narrow need in the absence of competition, in an admittedly limited market niche. If you're a DIY adventurer, like me, it can solve more complex angle mount problems.

Only thing that works for a sloped ceiling
This worked great to install a shower in our sloped ceiling bathroom. It’s very difficult to find anything for cape cod bathrooms that isn’t outrageously priced so this came in clutch.

Look at all the pictures before purchasing.
If this product was as pictured, it would have worked for me. I need something to hold one end of a support rod on an angled wall. However, there is a hard plastic piece that sticks out of this that fits into a shower rod. As far as I can tell, that piece cannot be removed, so I will have to return it. There is a very small picture that shows what it actually looks like, but since it wasn't shown in the main picture or the description, I assumed it was an extra part that could be removed. If you are planning to use this for anything other than a hollow shower rod, be aware that the cup is not open, as pictured, and there is very little flexibility for other uses.

Idéal pour une sous-pente
La solution pour accrocher un rideau de douche à un mur en sous-pente. Facile à installer, j'ai mis en face un repose tringle transparent pour ne pas avoir à percer dans le carrelage mural. Je recommande
