These barstools are nice looking at a glance, and are comfortable enough. I am, however, concerned about the safety factor. They are lightweight and the circumference of the base is small. When they are extended for a higher bar, there is a tendency to slide off the front of the stool to step down. This causes it to rock forward and tip the stool. Again, the base is small and not weighty. If you have young kids, or grandchildren like we do, it will require great care in allowing the children to use these. A child using the foot rest to climb up on one of these stools can and will tip it over very easily. For a lower bar they might work better because of the lower center of gravity. Either way, buyer beware — these could be an unsafe option for some families.

The media could not be loaded.  Very classy bar stool set! Matching very well with my home decors. The leather is very comfortable and soft. I like that I can adjust the height of the seating so I can have them perfectly match to the kitchen countertop. The materials seem very sturdy and high quality. Will use them for a long long time! Fast delivery as well! Highly recommend!

Assembled this quickly. Trying it out and the first thing I noticed is that the base is too small to support the full weight of someone without toppling over. Every time I lean forward just a small bit the stool begins to tip over.The back is too straight and rigid. The cushion is comfortable but could be wider. It does not feel sturdy or that it can support a large person. I am 6'3 and 210 pounds and it doesn't feel strong enough to support me. It does look very nice though.

The chairs are nice and easy to put together. They are also very comfortable. Didn't have that much trouble putting them together with one arm. However; after I sat in one and hit the handle to test the height the chair became stuck in that position and like one other review the handle appears to be broken. I tried to fix it, but then some small pieces of the chair started falling off and couldn't find this problem in the directions. Put everything back together, however; the chair remains stuck in this position.

In this case you get what you pay for.. of the set of two chairs that were delivered, one of the chairs has a base that is crooked - meaning the chair does not stand straight up and down, but instead at a slight tilt. You can still sit in it, but it becomes very noticeable as the seat turns due to being imbalanced. You can feel the chair is not level. Only other complaint is similar to many others - the base is very narrow and these chairs are extremely fast to wobble and easy to tip over.

These chairs are exactly as advertised. I was hesitant to order them because of the low number of reviews, but they're nice, especially for the price. They look great, are very easy to assemble (did it alone in under 20 minutes total), are nicely padded, and adjust up and down easily. They are not the MOST heavy-duty, sturdy chairs ever, because of the single circular base. I am a small-to-average size adult woman and for me they feel stable even at their tallest height unless I try leaning waaaay back in them, but if you're larger-than-average I could see them feeling a little unstable.

High value for the price sticker . Easy to assemble and comfortably is good. Only negative is the base could be a little more stable.
