Unfortunately, it took 3 tries to get the right size but these insoles are the best! My podiatrist instead of fitting me with very expensive insoles suggested these first because that is what works for him and now they work for me and have saved me hundreds of dollars

I needed to try something to help with pain when walking and these were recommended to me. They arrived on time and packaged well. The material is hard/soft if that makes sense. Hard to help with arch support yet soft to be pliable to insert into your shoe. My walking shoes are size 7 so I purchased the 7/7.5 size. I had to trim the top of the orthotic to fit which was easy to do. The fit then was good. Wearing the orthotic is getting used to. The material does make the arch in your foot stronger which I need to get used to. I’m not sure these will work but that’s my comfort level not the orthotic. I would recommend as the quality is good and the price is fair.

I use these every day and they are perfect for flat feet. They do not have an exaggerated arch which makes them very comfortable. They do get stinky but I wash them and they come out fine.

These moderately-priced orthotics are a good alternative to custom-made ones. They have support in the right places. They were especially helpful when I was recovering from a high-low ankle sprain, and the wrap alone wasn't enough. However, be sure to replace these orthotics every couple of months for full support.

They do the job

Best insoles. I got my first pair from the foot doctor. She told me they would change my life and she was right. I have 3 pairs in my 3 pairs of shoes. You have to have removable inserts in your shoes.

This product does as promised! Good support!

The support is good, but the red dye on the insert itself is turning all my socks pink!
