Perfect for Pregnancy and Postpartum
I am a nurse and bought these to wear to work while pregnant because I was experiencing increased swelling in my ankles and feet toward the end of every shift. They are true to size and so comfortable. I bought more pairs to wear around at home and in the hospital after giving birth. There was a noticeable decrease in swelling after wearing them all shift or all day at home. They improve circulation without being too tight. The quality is great—I have worn and washed them many times and they still look brand new and provide the same amount of compression as the first wear. I still wear them every shift now and my legs feel great. Highly recommend!

Great fit and comfort
Great fit and comfort! I wore these a full day the first time (after washing) and my legs felt great, no pinching or pain from the elastic. I ordered these for an upcoming 12 hour flight and like them so much I ordered a 2nd pair.

My favorite compression socks
These have been my favorite compression socks to wear while pregnant. I like that they are thinner and Nylon so my feet don't get too hot. They stay in place, go up to my knee, and really help with the swelling.

Helpful Compression
My legs swell when I sit for a while, on long rides, on airplanes, after walks, and even worse when it’s warm. I’ve tried compression stockings before, but the fit was so bad I just found them very uncomfortable and ineffective. I have a small foot (shoe size), short legs, but wide calf. After seeing a lot of recent advertisements for “new” compression socks, and hoping for some relief, I decided to give these Komrad brand socks a try. I was very pleased to find sizing in regular and wide calf. I ordered a medium wide calf. I’m pleased to report the foot is a great fit, and the calf felt good - noticeable compression but not uncomfortable. Unfortunately the length is too long for me, so I turned the cuff down. Today was the Komrad socks’ maiden voyage. I wore them all day, including a 3 hour car ride and 10K steps sightseeing, all in summer heat. They were comfortable to wear all day, even with the tops turned down. My feet/legs were a little warm, but to be fair, that would likely be the case with regular socks in this heat. This evening I peeled them off, and was happy to see way less swelling than usual. I’ll take that. Looking forward to more comfortable activities in my Komrad socks.

Almost Perfect!
I bought the pink socks, and I love them! They are almost perfect! I bought these compression socks because 2 of my doctors suggested wearing them to reduce swelling in my legs and to help with blisters on the back of my legs from edema. I have blisters again, but I haven't been wearing the socks daily because I only have one pair and these were expensive to get. I find the fit to be fantastic -- the compression is great, it doesn't squeeze my toes, the heel is perfect, and I'm able to wear them all day. I tried sleeping in them, and quickly found out that I should NOT have done that (my physical therapist, who was the 3rd person suggesting the socks, told me it's never a good idea to sleep in compression socks). Anyway, I'm not sure if I had trouble sleeping in them because of them being compression socks or if it's because I had to roll down the top and it was squeezing the top part of my calf... That's my only complaint about these socks -- for a small size pair, they are really long on short people. I'm 4'11" and find this to be an issue. But I'd still buy the socks anyway as I don't feel any discomfort while wearing them during the day. Besides, most compression socks are ugly and I found the pink ones to be extra cute!

Very tightly knit.
Socks are well made, strong. For those with wide feet, though, the fit will be very tight.

Does NOT have any graduated compression & No compression on feet and ankles
I was willing to pay more for these as they appeared to offer the size customization not readily available in cheaper pairs and I was looking for some real compression around my ankles for long flights so was will to tolerate the nylon feel. I've had compression stockings years ago when I was pregnant and I know what they are supposed to feel like. They should be hard to put on - they have to be TIGHT in the foot & ankle area to be effective. Sadly, these go on easily - like running socks - and although the fit was perfect, so were the ones that were a fraction of the price, none having any real compression value to them. There is no way these would keep my ankles and feet from swelling up on long flights and for $30 I just expected more. They might possibly be better than nothing for daily wear, but I don't need that. I wear a 9.5/10 women's shoe size with 14" calves so I bought the medium/wide size but I have narrow/slim feet and ankles. I guess I will have to visit a medical supply store locally to get ones that actually compress.

Excellent Compression Socks
Very pleased with comfort, good support and appearance. Not too thick so they're easy to wear with my shoes. Wash well. Plan to purchase again.
