Smith & Wesson Benji 2.5in High Carbon S.S. Folding Keychain Knife with 1.75in Modified Tanto Blade and G10 Handle for Outdoor

I’ve been carrying this same knife for over 8 years and it still looks great, cuts great, and carries great, for the inexpensive price this has been a reliable EDC knife for almost a decade! Still has years of service ahead of it. Love this Tanto blade, sharpens very nicely. Never have had to use the belt strap cutter but seems like it would function fine. Very smooth one handed opening and closing with a flick of the wrist. Great value buy!

When you purchase something with the Smith & Wesson name on it, you expect quality. This knife delivers in spades! It has a very well designed, economic grip that is crafted to prevent your hand from slipping in either direction when either stabbing or pulling. It has a great feel in the hand. It weighs enough to feel solid, but not so much that it feels like you’re carrying around cast-iron. The steel is high-quality and durable. It holds an edge extremely well and sharpens very smoothly with a diamond sharpener. The blade length and the overall length when unfolded are really quite excellent. The locking mechanism is impeccable. The window breaker is a wonderful added feature: I never like being in a car without one and now I always have one, even if I’m riding with somebody else. If I could give this knife six stars, I would. I have purchased many knives of this design from many different manufacturers. The one thing that they all have in common is that the hex nuts come loose very quickly and the flick of the blade get sloppy quickly. This knife comes tight. I sprayed a little bit of silicone at the base of the blade and let it bleed into the connection so that it opens very smoothly with a flick of the wrist. The bolt itself has not come loose at all, and it is consistently just tight enough so that the blade isn’t sloppy and doesn’t have any side to side wiggle when opened.

The grip isn't particularly comfortable to me, but overall, the knife works well and the blade holds an edge nicely. I use this knife almost every day and I would recommend it because it's definitely a very good value for your money.

Excellent quality control. This S&W border guard come sharp, all screws snug, no blade play. If you want a knife to flaunt your flicking and figiting, this knife is not for you. But if you are looking for a hard working, well built yet economical work horse, buy this knife. Excellent quality, very practical, it would be hard to find a better buy.

I have had two of these knifes and I use it every day. My first one was used for close to six years and the pocket clip broke but otherwise this is my favorite knife I have ever used the material is durable and it is just a smooth knife to use and I never have any issues with it opening in my pocket. This size is ideal cause half the time I forget I have it because of how slim it is in my pocket Do recommend to purchase

Great first utility knife. I bought this on sale for only 14 bucks and am not disappointed. It's sharp and built well, just like advertised. Ended up buying another shortly after.
