Q: Does this kit come with the solder?

No, we do not supply solder with our kits. We recommend a 50/50 Lead/Tin combination with a compatible flux, and to use a solder pot or immersion method. Do not flow solder into the connection using a torch. That will likely overheat the wire making it brittle.

Q: I am using a standard brake/clutch lever for my throttle. Does this kit have the barrel for a clutch/brake lever?

Without mentioning your bike make/model, “standard brake/clutch lever” is ambiguous.

Q: Is this one cable or two?

This is a single cable. If you're looking for a push-pull pair have a look at U01-4-150-BK. That's for a typical Honda/metric control. We also offer push-pull (throttle/idle) pairs for Harley controls.
