This battery fits my HP Pavillion x360 Laptop perfectly. Watched a YouTube video to find that it is pretty easy to replace my battery, once I take the bottom cover off. The model I found in the settings did not match the model # on the bottom of the laptop, so pay attention to that. On the bottom cover, my model # is listed at 14t-dh100 and this battery fits perfectly. I replaced it and plugged it in to charge up. It charged up fast and once the light by the power cord turned from orange to white, I took it off and it works great. If you are nervous about taking the cover off to replace this battery... don't be. When you order this battery, they provide the tools to make it very easy.

This is an excellent battery and was the perfect fit for my HP laptop, which I have been using for five years. However, I had a problem getting my laptop opened so I could put the new battery in, So, I went to You Tube and watched a video. I am 82 years old and not tech smart, but I was able to get the job done. And, thanks to the listing online by this seller, I was able to match up the new battery with my laptop.

The battery worked fine when first installed, but within a year it stopped holding a charge. After charging to full capacity, within a couple days it discharges. I recommend going with a higher quality battery.UPDATE: 6/12/2025 - I'm amending my review due to the excellence customer service I received from this company. After my earlier review, customer service contacted me and informed me that my battery was still under warranty. Honestly, I hadn't even considered that. They promptly sent me a new battery which arrived in a matter of days. I truly value good customer service, and this was above and beyond in my book. Any company which supports their customers and backs their products like this deserves the extra stars.BTW - the new battery is working fine. Charges to capacity and still holding a charge over a week later.

Easy to change, next day shipping. My HP laptop is always plugged in except when traveling so I wonder if that might be part of my problem. I replaced the battery in January 2023 and now again in May 2025. I went with the same vendor because It was an exact fit. Lasted about 2 years 4 months, same as the original that came with the laptop. So, whether original or 3rd party, batteries don't seem to last. I really won't complain about $25 and it came with tools to make the change. Also, the same symptoms started happening as with the previous batteries. The charge would start going down, all of a sudden while plugged in it went to 95%. Over 4 days it went to 60%, so I ordered the new one just in case they sent the wrong one and I wasn't stuck with a dead laptop.

Exact replacement fit for my laptop. Good price. Arrived on time. Added bonus is the tools needed are included. Seems to work well. The battery needs several charge and drain cycles to reach peak performance, but that is normal.

So far so good. I am not a technical person. I watched a video on YouTube on how to replace my computer battery and decided to take a chance and replace my own. The battery comes with all the tools you need to open your computer so you do not have to purchase any extra equipment. This battery seems to be working fine. Would not hesitate to do it again.

I had purchased this battery for my HP laptop and found that the laptop could not be powered on with just the battery alone. I had to connect the power adapter to the laptop in order to get it to start up. Afterward, the power supply could be disconnected and the laptop could run on the battery by itself. But, when you shut the laptop down, after a few minutes you can't power the laptop back up on the battery alone. You need the power adapter to start it back up. On top of that, the computer loses its BIOS settings as well as loses the time and date.And it didn't matter that the battery is calibrated and fully charged. Even after calibration in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and a full charge, the problems persisted consistently.Needless to say, the laptop being unable to power up on the battery alone, thus requiring the power adapter to help get the laptop started, seriously negates its portability. And the inability of the battery to sustain the BIOS and internal clock despite being fully charged just adds to the annoyance.I requested a return and exchange of the battery and got a replacement battery. Unfortunately, the replacement battery has the same exact problems.Obviously at this point, it could only be concluded that the battery has a design flaw that prevents it from being an exact replacement to the original HP battery.I put in the original HP battery (which couldn't be used beyond testing because the original battery was physically bulged and would no longer fit in the laptop when fully assembled) and the laptop powers up on the battery alone like it's supposed to.I wound up ordering a battery from a different manufacturer (Ninjabatt) and that battery works exactly like it's supposed to. My HP laptop now can be powered up on the battery alone and the CMOS and clock are sustained.I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend this battery from this particular supplier, not until its design defect is addressed.

I got this to replace the original battery in my HP laptop, and it's been performing really well. Even though my laptop is older and not as battery-efficient as newer models, I can still run multiple programs and have several tabs open for hours without any issues. It holds a solid charge and has definitely extended the usefulness of my device. Very happy with this purchase!
