Low sugar content, very tasty, and before bed very comfortable to sleep digesting it. I wish I knew of this protein before. Whey and pea protein very high in sugar and cholesterol, and impossible to digest

I have had better. This one tastes okay. I am not sure about the quality and efficacy of the content but i am building muscle with it. I mix 1/4 serving with oats and milk for a mid day protein snack. Good
