It is a fantastic toy, we had compare it to similar product but manual version and this is a lot better, has everything automatic and tell you what you need to do, from refilling your water tank to emptying coffee bin ore descaling whole machine, refill water tank has build in water filter and a good capacity, top coffee tank is closed with plastic cover with rubber seal to keep freshness of your coffee beans for longer! Bad things: Cup Plate get scratched very quickly, after 20-30 coffees you can see scratches, but everyones are saying same Machine tell you everything you need to know except that is delaying to tell you to refil water tank, when you do your coffee suddenly machine display - refill water tank, and stops making your coffee means that cup is half full and so strong becouse there is not enough water, but if you do check your water tank daily and refill if needed its alright just get used to it, o Otherwise is is a perfect machine and does also lovely cappucino and latte!!!

Belle machine, peu bruyante qui fait du très bon café. Toujours satisfait par la marque.

La tengo ja de un poco de tiempo me parece óptima hace un bueno cappuccino y un bueno espresso. Desde la fábrica el molinillo estaba al numero5 pero es mejor ponerlo a posición 3 o 2 pero un click a la veces solo cuando el molinillo esta funcionando.Ottima la opción cantidad de erogaziine del cappuccino osea la leche y el café así se puedes calibrar la taza usada y no hace falta estar al momento de hacer el cappuccino la cantidad una vez calibrada se mantienen en memoria así mismo el button espresso corto y largo. En el futuro pondré otra opinión cuando pasaran un poco de meses.

The coffee is not hot at all.

I bought this machine 3 years ago. Has never failed. Makes excellent expresso, coffee and cappuccino. Replaced my monster DELONGHI machine that cost double but not as good Paid £700. Now cheaper. Great value.
