I always dreamt on such a tea mug that would have a threaded cap, so you can walking around with the mug/pot and sip your tea from time to time. This mug fulfilled my dreams.The form of this mug, its handle are just ideal.

I really like this item, however I'd give it only 3.5 stars if I could. The filter is just a wee bit small for the mug. I added a silicone ring around the filter and it no longer slips down into the mug.

When I got ordered this, I was prepared for the logo on the glass. The pictures show no logo, but I learned from reviewers that most likely there will be a logo. It's a small nuisance and bothered me at first, but the mug functions so well that it's no big deal. In fact when I started using it, I loved it enough to buy two more, knowing that there would be a logo!The tea filter snaps in snugly and doesn't loosen when shaking matcha. The transparent glass is perfect to view the beautiful green hue of your matcha :)

If no stars were possible, this would be a perfect example!

Ive had a few different double hulled tea bottles and this is what I learned. Yes, they are borosilicate, which means you can throw boiling water into them without much worry. They are double hulled, which means they are more insulated. BUT! Since they are double hulled, the glass is thin. They will shatter if they contact something in the dishwasher, and they will shatter if you bang a spoon around in them too hard. Ive gone to handwashing mine and being very careful when stirring things around. Also this model seems to have a plastic handle. It looks like glass, but its just plastic glued to the glass. We will see how long it lasts.

This thing makes me happy every morning when I use it to make my tea. I put the tea leaves in, pour boiling water over and let steep without worrying about chemicals from plastic tea makers or the tea getting cold in a thin glass traditional teapot. This is double walled glass with a little stainless steel strainer that pops in the top, making it simple to just pour the steeped tea into my mug. It's also the easiest tea vessel to clean out that I have ever owned! I can't say enough good things about it!

This is my second ordered for these Glass Infuser Bottle Tea Tumbler Cups (Double Wall Borosilicate) as a gift to my grown children, I like the sturdiness of the cup, elegant looking, and also has the secure lid to keep the hot tea stay warm littler longer and also prevent the spilling if one of my grand children touch/knock it down on the table. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
