Very good printer
Easy to install just next next next in driver. User manual inside explain everything. It has web configuration for IP address. There is a driver CD inside the box, but I downloaded the driver and watched the videos in their website. I'm totally satisfied..

Don't dare to try it!!
I have ordered two pc's both did not come with paper roll holder and you have to through the paper roll free in the printer. both printers took me 3 days in order to have driver installed on windows.. its easy to follow the steps but simply they are not following a proper printing protocol so they come with ethernet and wireless and USB and they cannot be configured through web you have to use their software utilities that is really faulty and the driver having too many bugs that will not be useful for any real commercail environment .. if you want a cheap printer that can print several receipts per day just don't buy this one because you will buy another one sooner or later. go for well known brand that has proper windows or any operating system drivers. I have been looking at the feedbacks when I bought it and I don't think any of those coming from any proper technical prespective. I want to thank the manufacture for the lesson I learned. am not doing it anymore buying unknown brands that has no preinstalled OS drivers or can be taking drivers by internet update.
