I have found that this type of Curcumin, without the black pepper and/or MCT oil, is so much easier on my stomach. There is still use a carrier to help with absorption so the results have been great.

After having been using it for about 6 weeks, it seems it is working well for my back pain. I have used other good brands before, but this specific one has "sustained-released", and I do not know whether it is psychological or not, but the benefit seems to last the entire day until I take the second capsule in the evening. The other brands I have tried (which do not have "sustained-released" solution) seem to fade away much faster. Thorne is really expensive in my view, far too expensive to be honest, but for my specific situation it looks like the benefits may indeed justify the additional investment. Curious to see how it develops in the coming months.
