These are definitely active as I've made cheese and yoghurt with them. Vegan cashew cheese and coconut yoghurt. Very simple. Have to cut the capsule to get PB out. Already repurchased.

Great product was slightly skeptical about trying bio cultures as I have taken them once before and they showed no difference but thought I would give it another shot as I really needed something to help with my bloating, and I must say they have made a big difference with me, also like the fact they are slow release, they are very easy to take and there is plenty in the bottle so they last awhile! would highly recommend these

Easy to swallow, speedy delivery. Not as strong as i was looking for, couldn’t tell any difference to when i was not taking, but maybe just myself as these things work differently for everyone. Would order from this store again as no problems with delivery and customer service.
