would this work on a kawasaki Tc440b jetski engine?

This question is hilarious! Why would you ever want to do this? Answer is anything with a 3/4 " output shaft with a keyway should work. Pretty sure the jetski motor doesn't have that. But where there is a will there is a way!

Torque converter plate broke in half how do i get a free warranty exchange?

not sure about warranty but if you broke the mounting plate you did something really wrong! I had this on a honda gc190 retrofit for a hammerhead mini. I had to install it straight up and down and never had a problem.
