The concentrated juice is awesome for smoothies.But I also just add water and ice for a cold drink. Tart cherry juiceHelps me manage my sugar levelsAnd if I want it to taste lighwr I just add water.I've also made ice cubes with it and put them in lemonade.We live this because as the ice melts it taste more cherry than lemonIt's a great mix for tequilaor vodka mixed drinks too

I like the way it tastes over ice cream or yogurt. It's good for your digestion also.

Product is still great, have ordered it several times, use it in smoothies or add to soda/bubble water, but this time the label is different. Still only contains Organic Tart Cherry Juice concentrate, which is all I really care about, but the calories and sugars are different. When comparing a 30ml serving, old label says 40 calories and 7g sugar, the new label says 60 calories and 12g of sugars. I've attached photos of the new labels, and screenshot of the old label from this page, as of March 13, 2023.

It has a good cherry taste. Definitely tart. I find I have to add sugar to it. I also find I don't have to use as much to water as the directions say

I bought this because sleep and I have been having a misunderstanding for the last few months. I want to sleep but I can't fall asleep and then I get in a vicious cycle of thinking about how much I want to be asleep while trying to sleep. According to the sleep recorder on my watch, when I would actually fall asleep, I was getting sleep scores in the 50s or 60s (not a good restful sleep). I have taken this tart cherry for 2 nights and not only am I having no trouble falling asleep anymore, but my watch is recording sleep scores in the 90s! I am waking up refreshed and ready to tackle the day even before my alarm goes off. Absolutely recommend if you and sleep have been having a misunderstanding, too. Nothing quite beats a good night's sleep!
