This is a good product. Quality material.....but. I've seen people complaining about the straps. How they are hard to maneuver and whatnot. What you need to know is that you can heat them a bit. I sat mine in the sun to warm them a bit then stretched them to the hole I wanted. You need to keep them stretched for a while till they are used to being on the certain hole. Then you can use them normally. The rubber is very strong as it would be to hold something heavy. Just needs a little finesse to be able to use as you would like.

I've owned a few sets of these for mounting axes, shovels or whatever else to truck, roof rack etc. Good quality plastic and good UV resistance. One thing I think Kolpin did was change the compound of the plastic strap to make it a little easier to do you and undo. I have one set from a few years ago that are an absolute bear to get undone. The newer ones seem to be a little less of a chore. Great product!
